Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Presence of your explicit consent
  • Establishment or performance of a contract
  • Fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation
  • Legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

  • Identity information (first name, last name)
  • Contact information (phone number, email address)
  • Health data (treatment-related information)
  • Visual records (pre/post-treatment photographs - with your consent)

Automatically Collected Technical Data

When you submit the contact form on our website, the following technical data is automatically recorded for security, auditing and abuse-prevention purposes:

  • IP address (not for geolocation — only for attack detection and rate limiting)
  • Browser information (User-Agent) — for troubleshooting technical issues
  • Form submission date and time
  • Your preferred language (TR / EN / DE / AR)

Data Retention Period

Your personal data is kept for a maximum of 2 (two) years, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Where legal obligations require longer retention, the provisions of KVKK Article 7 apply.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to: learn whether your data is being processed, request information about the processing, learn the purpose and whether it is used appropriately, request correction/deletion, learn about any transfer to third parties, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for damages.
